4 medium-large sweet potatoes
2 T butter
1/8 t cinnamon
2 T orange juice
4 T soymilk
preparation
Peel and boil sweet potatoes. When tender, pour off water. Add orange juice, butter, milk and cinnamon and whip with mixer.
