My New Mission: Eat With Intention!

After watching Food Inc. and doing a bit of research, I have decided to make more informed and deliberate choices about what I consume and how I participate in food economics.

To this end, I have decided to choose one food that I eat on a regular basis and try to determine the most responsible and ethical source for the product each week.

Keep an eye out, all findings will be blogged. And as always, I would love to hear anything you have to say on the matter.
